Sea Freight: The cost-effective choice for large or bulk shipments. Ideal for barrels, appliances, and oversized items. ⚠️ Minimum requirement: 50 lbs or 14 cubic feet. Reliable timelines and safe handling for all freight.
Package Pickup & Delivery: Pick up at our Portmore location point or choose nationwide delivery via Zip Mail or Knutsford Express for maximum convenience.

Where do you ship from?: We currently ship from our U.S warehouse to Jamaica. We're planning to offer shipping from China soon stay tuned!
Do you have a physical store?: We operate exclusively online. Customers can schedule a pickup point appointment at our designated location, where we will hand over the package. Alternatively, Packages are delivered to customers via zip Mail or Knutsford express.
Do you offer both air and sea freight services?: Yes, we offer Express Air Freight (for fast delivery), Sea Freight (for larger, more affordable shipments).
What is the minimum requirement for sea freight?: Sea freight is only available for packages weighing 50 lbs or more, or measuring 14 cubic feet above.
How long does shipping take?: Shipping times vary depending on the method. Express Air Freight arrives within 24–72 hours and Sea Freight is approximately 10 days.
How can I pay for my package?: Payments can be made via cash when picking up your package or by making an online transfer.
How can I track my package?: You can easily track your package by logging into your account and navigating to the "Packages" page. Here you'll be able to see the current status of your package.
