Terms of Service
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering for a JMS Courier account and using our shipping address, the Customer officially agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. JMS Courier reserves the right to update these terms to maintain our service standards.
SECURITY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the shipment of illegal substances, firearms, camouflage, or unverified financial instruments (including cash and credit cards). Any shipment found to contain prohibited items will be rejected, and the account will be subject to permanent closure.
DOCUMENTATION
A valid commercial invoice is required for every shipment to ensure a seamless clearance process. JMS Courier is not liable for delays or Customs penalties caused by incorrect value declarations.
STORAGE & PICKUP POLICY
Complimentary Period: Every package is granted fourteen (14) days of free storage, beginning the day it is marked "Ready for Pickup."
Storage Fees: After the 14-day grace period, a storage fee of JA$100 per package, per day will be applied.
Abandonment: Shipments left uncollected for more than 30 days after the "Ready for Pickup" notification will be considered abandoned and removed from inventory.
FEES & LIABILITY
All Customs duties, taxes, and service fees are the responsibility of the Customer. JMS Courier is not liable for items damaged by the original merchant or for delays caused by international carriers or Customs inspections.
